We are the Brightest Band in the Land.
Performing for over a half a million fans each year, the Cowboy Marching Band is an Oklahoma State tradition 113 years in the making.
From the first cadence during run-on through the post-game concert, the spirit of the Cowboy Marching Band fills our game day with an unmatched energy that makes fall magical. Saturdays at T. Boone Pickens Stadium would not be the same without the sound and shine of the Cowboy Marching Band.
Unfortunately, many of our instruments are reaching the end of their life. Due to aging and consistent use, the quality of our sound and shine begins to deteriorate over time.
We need your help.
Improving our sound by replacing or repairing aging instruments is one of our biggest needs. We believe our Cowboy Marching Band Fan Club can make a big difference in achieving that goal. Though #GivingTuesday - November 27th - we'll be celebrating what we love most about the Cowboy Marching Band with the hope that you'll join us by making a gift or sharing our need with your network.
As the largest student group on campus, your gift, no matter the size, is special to students from all parts of Oklahoma State University. Any gift from every band alumni, fan, or student will join together to fulfill our tradition at Oklahoma State University.
Gifts to this project through the OSU Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, are tax deductible as allowed by law. If you have questions about your gift, please contact the OSU Foundation at 800.622.4678.
Your gift of $25 will make a huge impact, because many of our instruments require additional costs like carriers or hardware.
Your gift is in celebration of the 113 years the Cowboy Marching Band has been an Oklahoma State Tradition.
The Cowboy Marching Band has more than 352 members. Show your love for the students of the band with a gift in honor of each member.
$500 will go a long way in helping us reach our goal. With $500 we will be able to repair multiple instruments in the Cowboy Marching Band.
In December 2017, members of the Cowboy Marching Band traveled 1,283 miles to the Camping World Bowl!
