The Oklahoma State University Symphony Orchestra is one of only two orchestras invited to perform at the 2020 College Orchestra Directors Association National Conference in Vancouver, BC. The conference will take place February 6-8, 2020.
Taking the 80-member international-award-winning OSU Symphony Orchestra to Canada is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Fees for checked bags, meals, airplane tickets, and hotel rooms add up quickly. Your gift, no matter the size, from every orchestra alumni, fan, friend, and family will help us reach our goal and best represent Oklahoma State University.
Your gift of $25 will cover the cost of checking a bag for one of the OSUSO members.
The OSU Symphony Orchestra has 80 members. Show your love for the students of the orchestra with a gift in honor of each member!
Your gift of $120 will cover the cost of one night in a hotel room, which will be shared by 4 orchestra members.
Your gift is in celebration of the 300+ university orchestra programs in the US, Canada, South American, and Europe that comprise the College Orchestra Directors Association
$500 will cover the cost of the Symphony No. 1 in C Minor by Alice Mary Smith, the first symphony written by a female British composer, that the OSUSO will perform at the concert.
In February 2020, the OSUSO will fly 2,000 miles to perform at the College Orchestra Directors Association national conference in Vancouver, BC.
