What is the Cowboy Spirit Scholarship?
The Cowboy Spirit Scholarship is a need-based award for students at Oklahoma State University. This is a special scholarship because it is funded by students in an effort to ensure their peers in need stay at Oklahoma State University. Simply put: it's students helping students. Since 2011, forty-seven Cowboy and Cowgirls received a $500-1,000 Cowboy Spirit scholarship to help support their education.
What $1,000 Can Do for a Student
To students, this scholarship could cover a month of meals and campus lodging, the tuition costs for one to two classes, or books for a year. $1,000 can be the difference between staying or leaving Oklahoma State.
Our Goal and How You Can Help
November 9-13th, Student Foundation will be on campus helping students make gifts in support of the Cowboy Spirit scholarship. Their gifts, when combined with others, will help ensure students can focus on gaining an excellent education at Oklahoma State University.
Student Foundation invites you to show your Cowboy Spirit by joining the many in support of student scholarships. All gifts, no matter the size, will help us reach our goal of awarding five students in need a scholarship.
