Our Crowdfunding Groups
Pete’s Pet Posse (P3), OSU’s Pet Therapy Program, is self funded and stands as a cornerstone of the university’s commitment to America’s Healthiest Campus®. P3 enriches the physical and emotional well-being of the entire OSU family. Our dedicated Pet Therapy teams are stationed in offices across campus, offering a warm, furry presence to students, faculty, and staff in need of a pick-me-up or support during stressful times. The daily presence of our P3 pups serves as a reassuring reminder that their well-being matters, and that they have a loyal friend ready to shower them with love and comfort.
What sets P3 apart is that each therapy dog is part of the families of employees and other affiliates of OSU. They reside with their humans, spend time in OSU offices, and regularly visit various locations across the university, adding a touch of brightness to our beloved orange. This remarkable program has extended its reach beyond Stillwater to OSU-Tulsa, OSU Center for Health Sciences, OSU-Oklahoma City, and the OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine Cherokee Nation in Tahlequah—the nation’s first tribally-affiliated medical school. Over 70 pet therapy teams serve OSU students, faculty, staff, and visitors system-wide.
Pete’s Pet Posse relies on generous donations to sustain its operations. Your contribution aids Pete’s Pet Posse in expanding its capacity to serve the entire OSU community. As the program continues to grow, new pet therapy teams are added each year. With your support, we can equip each team with the necessary supplies and assistance to provide this invaluable and impactful service to the university.

A gift of $10 will cover the cost of a nametag for a pet therapy team or Ruff Rider.
A gift of $20 will provide a Ruff Rider T-Shirt to a student volunteer.
A gift of $50 will cover the cost of a custom collar and a leash for one therapy dog.
A gift of $100 pays for a custom monogrammed official OSU Tartan plaid vest for the therapy dog.
The program has a variety of high-level needs as it relates to staff, programming, and operations.
Adopt a current pet therapy team of your choice and support the wellness efforts of these teams to provide pet therapy to the Cowboy Family. Sponsorships assist in replacing/upgrading gear and supporting general costs associated with maintaining the program. Included in the $1500 gift is a professional photo with the pet therapy team as well as an opportunity to attend a pet therapy visit. Based on team availability.
