Thank you for your generosity and support of the jazz orchestra’s trip to the 2023 JEN Conference. Unfortunately, due to weather and significant travel delays our wonderful group of students only made it to Dallas before having to return to Stillwater as there were no flights continuing on to Florida. Our students exemplified resilience and while we never made it to the conference, OSU was well represented.
The funds raised in support of the Jazz Orchestra’s trip the JEN Conference will remain in the Greenwood School of Music Jazz Support Fund and continue to aid and empower students as they pursue their passion for jazz at OSU. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to reapply for the JEN Conference in 2024 instead of waiting three years as per standard practice. We hope to have the opportunity to represent OSU again next year.

Your gift will cover the cost or meals for an entire day for one student at the conference. Supporters at this level will be recognized in our OSU Jazz Festival concert program on April 10, 2023.
Your gift creates an Opportunity for the students to witness concerts and clinics by some of the world's foremost jazz performers and clinicians. Opportunity Sponsors will be recognized in the concert programs for the 2023 Jazz Education Network Conference performance and the OSU Jazz Festival evening performance (April 10, 2023).
The cost of a roundtrip flight, from OKC to Orlando is $607 per student. With your gift, one student will be "flying high" to Orlando for the 2023 JEN Conference. Flying High Sponsors will be recognized in the concert programs for the 2023 Jazz Education Network Conference performance and the OSU Jazz Festival evening performance (April 10, 2023).
With this gift, you're making it possible for these nineteen OSU Jazz students to serve as Ambassadors for the GSM. Jazz Ambassador Sponsors will be recognized in the concert programs for the 2023 Jazz Education Network Conference performance and the OSU Jazz Festival evening performance (April 10, 2023). Jazz Ambassador Sponsors will also receive a signed copy of the OSU Jazz Orchestra's latest critically-acclaimed CD (Room 118). The CD will be signed by the students of the OSU Jazz Orchestra.
