Our Crowdfunding Groups
OSU Marketing club is a club at the Spears School of Business; our main goal is to make students marketable. As a club we reach out to local businesses to help them with their marketing as well as accept incoming requests for assistance. We help the businesses and their marketing efforts through marketing contests with small prizes to incentivize participation from more members and to encourage others to join the club to support the business and their marketing.
One example of a competition we run is say a business needs a logo. We would have our club members participate in a contest to design the best logo. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place were chosen by the business and the students that placed received gift cards.
We are excited to be able to participate in the PhilantroPete fundraiser and look forward to being able to meet and work with our donors. We will use all the money donated to bring in speakers and marketing professionals to our meetings to enhance our marketing learning. The money will also be used to support our outreach efforts to local businesses and the contests to assist them in their marketing efforts.

This donation level is our whole goal. A donation of this size would be the biggest our club has ever received. This would give us the freedom to put together different meetings and events with countless different businesses.
