Help Bullet Racing Build Our 2024 Competition Car, the BR24!

Bullet Racing is an interdisciplinary organization that hosts an array of students from each college on campus. We design and build an open-wheel formula car annually. We present ourselves as an automotive design group at yearly competitions to showcase not only the car, but our design process, team, and drivers.

Last year Bullet Racing took our 2023 Formula SAE car, the BR23, to Michigan International Speedway for FSAE International Competition. We placed 22nd out of 120 teams that competed. We are incredibly proud of these results and plan to continue this success well into the future but we could not achieve this without your support. As NASCAR driver Junior Johnson said, "The best way to make a small fortune in racing is to start with a big one."

Funds from our Philanthropete campaign will greatly support our team in all aspects, from team morale activities to building from scratch many major parts of our car such as the frame, engine, and differential. Most Formula SAE teams work with much larger budgets than we do, so we put ours to good use and are grateful for all the contributions we receive. We purchase parts that support reliable subsystems on our cars and will last us through competition and beyond.

We love to give back to our hardworking members through team-wide Drive Days where any of our active members can experience being behind the wheel of an FSAE car. We also take our cars to many events throughout the year, such as the UTA Autocross Weekend, as well as other SCCA autocross events. Representing OSU at these events is a blast, and we take great pride in what we do, build, and accomplish as a team every year.
