We will tailgate this Saturday near Old Central before the game against Arizona State! Stop by from 12 to 4 to meet our members, learn about our projects, and have a good time!
As some of our previous donors may know, our organization has worked on a clean-water pipeline for El Rancho for the last few years. The project began shortly before COVID-19, and our team was finally able to travel to the site this May. Since we were a completely different team than the ones who were able to travel pre-pandemic, we had no idea what to expect.
It was the experience of a lifetime. We focused our trip on meeting the community and getting to know who we had been trying to help all these years. Our entire travel team shared a common sentiment: impactful. It's hard to describe how much this experience will shape our future careers, but you can read about our experience and some quotes from travel team members from our KFOR article here.
We want to share this experience with some of our newer members this May to begin our new Schoolhouse project, and you can make this a reality by donating today!
Acts of service, no matter how big or small, make the world a better place. At EWB, we believe we have a duty to serve, and every donation helps us fulfill this responsibility.
