World Mental Health Day 2024
October 10 is World Mental Health Day!
World Mental Health Day is celebrated globally and is focused on mental health education, awareness, and advocacy against social stigma.
Thanks to the Merrick Foundation, there is a challenge gift of $75,000!
Every 50 donors will unlock a gift of $25,000, up to $75,000.
While Oklahoma State University continues to lead in mental and behavioral health research, education, and patient care for Oklahomans, we must recognize the challenges our students face and acknowledge the support the Cowboy family needs.
As members of the Cowboy family, we support each other and proactively lend a hand when someone is in need. Across the nation, the need for mental health services on college campuses has outpaced the available resources. That is why we are focused on reducing barriers and expanding mental health resources for OSU students. For World Mental Health Day, we will work on increasing access to care for every student across the OSU system.
