The College of Education and Human Sciences Emerging Leaders Alliance (ELA) at Oklahoma State University is dedicated to fostering leadership, community engagement, and service among students. Through hands-on experiences, we strive to make a meaningful impact on both our members and the communities we serve.
Each year, ELA organizes a variety of service projects that connect students with individuals of all ages, promoting education, inclusion, and meaningful interactions. This year, our service initiatives included:

Our biweekly meetings occur in the evening after a long day of classes. Your donation will provide a dinner for our biweekly meetings!
We currently support ≈70 members, who are some of the best freshmen in our college. Your donation will help grow our membership and enable us to pursue even more ambitious projects!
ELA is about preparing freshmen for lifelong service and community engagement. Your donation will help us fund our future service projects, granting us the materials we need to make a change!
ELA supports all 25 majors in the College of Education and Human Sciences. From Aviation, to Elementary Education, to Nursing, your donation will help create leaders within all of these fields!
The College of Education and Human Sciences had record-breaking enrollment this year with 1,021 students. Your generous donation will not only support this year's members but also ensure the future growth of ELA as CEHS continues to expand!
