Transforming Futures Through Global Learning
This program opens the door for first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented Oklahoma State University students to participate in a transformative study abroad experience in Limoges, France. Through the course GS4200: The Intersection of Culture and Industry in France, students explore French history, society, and business/technology sectors while building the skills needed to thrive in an increasingly global environment. For many, this will be their first time traveling outside the United States, making donor support essential to breaking down financial barriers.

Expanding Horizons, Building Leaders
While abroad, students engage in industry site visits, French language instruction, group projects, and daily reflective journaling. These experiences are intentionally designed to strengthen OSU’s Ideal Graduate competencies—Professional Preparedness, Engaged Citizenship, Ethical Leadership, and Personal Responsibility—by connecting academic learning with real-world application. Students return with broadened perspectives, enhanced communication skills, and a renewed sense of purpose as globally minded leaders.
