Oklahoma State Hockey Team
The Oklahoma State Hockey Team is looking for 2025-2026 season sponsors. After bringing hockey back to Stillwater in 2021 from a twenty-year hiatus, our most important goal since has been to build a legacy of OSU Hockey with the Oklahoma State community.
OSU Hockey is more than just a team, it's a program that offers a variety of opportunities for students in academics, athletics, and professional development. Officers, players, and coaches devote many hours each week to help each other succeed both on and off the ice.
Our budgeting goals for the season include purchasing new equipment, uniforms, travel for away trips, meals, and more. Financial support from the local community is essential to us. We rely on sponsorship donations to meet our budget requirements of $400,000 per season, as the university provides little funding for the team. The program is continuously growing and we have many exciting ideas in store for the season.
We are currently partnered with the Tulsa Oilers, an ECHL Team based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our home rink, located at the WeStreet Ice Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, opened up on March 9th, 2024. This is a 140,000 square-foot facility that includes dining and other entertainment services. With this partnership, we are able to use the BOK Center in Tulsa to play Bedlam on Ice, taking place near the end of the season in the Spring. We beat OU in front of 7,000 fans in 2023 and got the opportunity to play in front of 11,000 for the same event in February, 2025.
Across our social media accounts, we have over 11,000 followers and are growing daily. For each home series, we had an attendance of over 500 people and expect it to trend upwards this season as word spreads across the state.

Miscellaneous
There are many items that we need as a club. We go through lots of hockey tape, sock tape, pucks, and water bottles. This will fund small, but important items to us.

This donation helps us reward the players with new team gloves. It's essential that the team all look the same on the ice!

Referees
We as a team are responsible for paying our referees' travel expenses and their time officiating the games. It can become costly, especially with the amount of home games this upcoming season. This level will be able to help us pay officials for our home games!

Jerseys
Look good, play good! As a team, we want to all look the same on the ice. This donation helps us fund our uniform purchases, such as our white, black, and orange game day jerseys for our players.

Hotel/Travel Package
Much of our expenses come from hotel rooms and traveling. This donation helps us cover the cost of the rooms and team meals!

This is the most necessary piece of equipment, and a lot of them break throughout the season. This donations will help the players afford new sticks to keep them scoring on the ice!

Ice Time
Ice time can get very expensive, which we use twice a week ($480 for an hour and a half)! Our team would not be successful without regular weekly practices, and this donation helps support that!
