Chef Pete's Eats
Chef Pete's Eats is a Grab and Go dining option in the Culinary Arts building on the OSUIT campus in Okmulgee, OK. The purpose of this project is to provide an additional opportunity for the students to learn quantity food production and skills through a variety of techniques as well as apply service standards while exceeding expectations of guests.
The Tech Room is our full service, reservation-required option in an elegant atmosphere. We have added Chef Pete's Eats to cater to a different crowd and offer a quick, less expensive, walk-in option for lunch.
We are grateful to you, our generous donors for recognizing the impact of your gift. It will enable the students to excel in another aspect of foodservice. Those skills will most certainly transfer to their future workplace where they will likely be preparing or serving your meals!
