Global Dental Brigades: Athens, Greece.
OSU Global Dental Brigades is raising funds to send a team of OSU students to Athens, Greece, where we will partner with the Seeds of Humanity Clinic to provide free, sustainable dental care for refugees, asylum seekers, and other vulnerable populations.
Volunteers work alongside licensed Greek dentists to deliver primary dental services, assist with intake, update patient records, and provide oral-health education workshops for both adults and children. This project helps ensure that refugee families, many of whom have faced interrupted care, trauma, and displacement, receive consistent, compassionate dental support. Participating OSU students also gain clinical exposure, cultural immersion, and a deep understanding of the barriers to healthcare access in refugee populations.
Every dollar raised goes directly toward travel, in-country logistics, dental supplies, and the community health programs that keep this clinic running. Whether you give $25 for a patient's hygiene kit or $1,000 toward a volunteer's brigade seat, you are putting compassionate, skilled care into the hands of people who need it most.
