Our Story

OSU Dance Company is a competitive sports club on campus that welcomes students of all dance experience! We create an uplifting environment for all students to dance and grow their technique, whether they are an experienced dancer or a beginner. Although we focus mostly on jazz, contemporary, and tap, we have opportunities for dancers to perform other styles, like pom, modern, kick, or whatever they like. At practice, we alternate between combination nights and technique nights, to create a balance of dancing and technique for our members. We are raising money for our annual spring Showcase, where dancers can perform solos, duets, trios, and group dances. In order to ease the financial burden on our dancers, we are hoping to raise enough money to cover the cost of the venue, outside studio rentals for rehearsals, group dance costumes, and other miscellaneous costs. This is a great opportunity for our dancers to show their loved ones what they have been working on all year and we appreciate your support!
