USITT Spring '27 Annual Conference Fundraiser

We are starting this fundraiser to send members of USITT's chapter here at OSU to Baltimore, MD for the annual national USITT Conference! With your donations last year, we were able to send 12 members to Long Beach, CA, and this year we aim to send at least 12 more!

In Baltimore, members of our organization get experience with technical theater equipment, learn about new technologies in the industry, and network with professionals in the industry! Multiple members have left these conferences with professional job opportunities, internships, or connections that have propelled them into successful careers.

USITT as an organization is dedicated to advancing and enhancing technical theater skills and understanding, as well as keeping the art of technical theater accessible and enthusiastic. USITT is a national organization, and since we were chartered in 2021, OSU's chapter has done nothing but grow and become a pillar of the student theater community!

All of our campus events are put on by students, for students. Last year, one of our members was able to give their own presentation at the annual USITT Conference! He has gone on to engineer sound for professional shows, as well as OSU productions in the Fall '26 season. Our members consistently go above and beyond, take time out of their own schedules, pulled together by their love of the art.

USITT is a campus organization open to all students.
