WE ARE ALMOST THERE! We only have a couple more weeks to raise money for the Student Farm and we are so grateful for all of the support so far! We find it very important to inform the public on what our mission goal is and allow the public to be involved in helping serve the community with us.
Another week down, and we are now officially HALFWAY done! We have sucessfully raised ____ to help support the Student Farm, and we could not have done this without your support! Let's try and double the donations on this next half!
First week went AMAZING, let's repeat it! Thank you so much for those who have donated and invested in our project to support the community and university. By donating to the Student Farm, students are able to gain hands-on experience and help serve our community by providing fresh produce to Our Daily Bread. We are excited to implement the composting system to then be helping our campus benefit the environment by becoming a 100% green waste campus!
It's the first week of PhilanthroPete, and we are off to an amazing start! The new Student Farm is working to add a composting system that will work with University Dining Services to make OSU a 100% green waste campus!
TODAY IS THE DAY! PhilanthroPete is officially starting and the new Student Farm needs your help! The donations made through these next few weeks will go towards starting the composting system at the Student Farm. The Student farm is in partnership with Stillwater's local food bank, Our Daily Bread, to provide fresh produce to the community. Thank you for looking into our project! Lets Kickoff PhilanthroPete!

In the year, over 50 households were served per shopping session at Our Daily Bread. With the help from the new Student Farm, Our Daily Bread will be able to provide more, so more families can be served with fresh produce and meet their nutritional needs.
This donation will help us gain more equipment to help build the composting system, such as concrete blocks, and equipment to help maintain the garden, like shovels.
The new Student Farm is in partnership with Our Daily Bread to help serve the local community. Our Daily Bread serves about 2,500 individuals each year by providing fresh produce and other food products to those in need.
To rotate the amount of compost that the Student Farm receives, a tractor and additional add-ons are needed. The tractor can handle a load a lot heavier than what a person can handle.
