Week 1 Off to a Running Start
On behalf of the steering committee for the Oklahoma Conference on Volunteerism, I would like to sincerely thank the indiviudals who have helped get our campaign off to a running start. Our total is sitting at just under $800. We are on our way to $4,500.
I've been rather moved to see that people are giving in honor or memory of someone special in their lives. I invite you to do the same at any amount.
Remember, our goal is to raise enough to provide meaningful awards to 4 outstanding volunteers (or teams of volunteers) who are impacting their communities. Maybe they are working in YOUR community right now!
