Guided by Oklahoma State University's Cowboy Code, this level helps OSU NSBE members grow into leaders who design solutions, challenge ideas, and bring innovation to the communities they serve.

Innovation does not stop in the classroom. This level helps OSU NSBE members introduce younger students to engineering and STEM through hands-on outreach, campus visits, and real conversations about what it means to pursue STEM at Oklahoma State.
